Some Tips to Keep Self Cool

Try these things.

One: They sell little gel hankercheif things that he can use as a head wrap, or just under the collar of his shirt. Or you can use a shirt or other cloth dipped in cold water. Either way you should have an ice chest, even a small one like a lunch box. This way you can dip the gel thing or fabric in the ice water whenever you need. Also, you cab buy a spritzer. It seems to help.

Two: The best thing to help rejuvenate yourself in the heat of the summer is iced down Gatorade to put minerals and vitamins back into your body and lots of water to keep you hydrated so when you sweat, the moisture on your skin will help keep you cool. A neck scarf is always helpful if you keep it wet and tied around your neck. There is no Magic bullet other than what it is suggested. If you a man and can grow a good beard, that too is very good at protecting your face from the sun and the wind. It also gets wet from sweating and acts as an evap cooler on your face.
